Sometimes, Science Is Good

Like when science is applied to the fine art of slicing pizza.

Man, I could go for a perfect slice right now.

I'm confused, but a piece of pizza sure sounds good right now!

Lucky:

who would have known that slicing a pizza would be so technical. I think the best way would be to make a "jig" with different number of pieces, or standardize with, say 8. But then the pizza would still be sitting there getting cold trying to come up with the exact centre.
I think the only way to get everybody to order their own, but then the boxes may get mixed up.

Time to grab a pizza for lunch

Helpful information, to be sure. However, I was really expecting chainsaws to be involved.

cpa3485 - Ultimately, that's all that counts.

bobskoot - Agreed that the best solution is to simply get your own darn pizza. Or, stop being so cheap that you worry about if you got your exact share. ;)

irondad - Don't worry, when I publish my scholarly paper, "Effective Solutions for Accurate Pizza Portioning for the American Market," several chainsaws will be involved.
