Depending on how they're blocking it, you might try a different browser. My work has a "super high tech" net security team but yet I can still go to blogs even though they're "blocked" on other browsers...
Yeah, it's funny. If I'm on my work laptop at home, I can go wherever I want on the internet. If I'm in the office on the works network, I can't even go to my Google e-mail, or my MSN e-mail but I can go to any blog, and blog too if I wish. Hmm, makes me wonder if the I.T. folks blog. Can they really not know about blogger, or any address ending in blogspot.com, or any other blog sites addresses, etc.?

Yeah, I find it ridiculous that I can blog at work, log onto secure websites to do online banking, etc...but I can't check my comcast email! :-(
