Need a Catch-All Scooter Repair Manual?

In answer to a question by commenter Noam Sayin', here's a general scooter repair manual that comes in a convenient paper book format: Haynes Scooters

Looks like it's currently out of stock, though there are used copies for sale.

I also see there's a PDF of the book here.

...I gotta start charging people for the research I do.

Wow. I'm honored. Although I read this blog with occasional regularity, and post only seldomly, I didn't figure my simple query would end up being a complete thread in an of itself.

Of course, you see where that got ya. I sincerely hope DIYers are taking advantage of the information provided.

I actually found that book in my initial search, but wasn't sure if it would be helpful. Thanks for the confirmation.

Found a link to the complete GY6 50cc to 170cc manual, here.

Haven't looked around the site yet, but looks like it's loaded with stuff.

Thanks for the help, Lucky.

Glad I could help.

I love how many workshop manuals are available on the internet. I've got a new scooter to work on myself, and someone directed me to the Modern Vespa forum, with their dozens of shop manuals.
