I got a very exciting new toy this weekend. It's not motorcycle related, but it's awfully neat. Pics later.
Baldy-Beard and I also rode to see a world championship boxing match on Saturday. We got thoroughly hosed on parking. Parking for cars? $10. Parking for bikes? $11!!! What the ever-loving fuck was that? We should have gone somewhere else, but we didn't find out that parking was more until we had parked and the attendant told us.
Shoulda left, didn't. Oh well.
For those that are interested, there is a new world champion boxer. You might have seen the fight on Showtime. It was the most boring fight in the world until the very end, when the champion got knocked out, and actually fell out of the ring. It was crazy.

The hell? Since you can park (at least) two bikes in the space of one car it should have been $5

Chris - I forgot to mention that motorcycles had a "special" parking area (next to the forklifts in an unattended area), so it cost more for the "priveledged" parking.
Ridiculous.
