Hot Hot Hot!

Since this is blog is supposed to be about food as well as motorcycles, I figured I'd tell you about a little bit about something special I've cooked up for Christmas.

Those near and dear to me know that, superlatives aside, I make the greatest hot wing sauce in the entire world. It's good on EVERYTHING. Wings, popcorn, bread, rice, potatoes, carrots, pancakes, breakfast cereal, ice cream... really, there isn't anything that can't be improved my adding my sauce.

Last night I whipped up a gigantic batch of Lucky's Liquid Love to give away to the good girls and boys on my gift list. Since my sauce is kind of perishable, it's sadly only available to those I can hand it to personally (Sorry Wolfie!). That means it's going to neighbors, co-workers and other friendlies within walking distance.

You should be jealous.

And I ought to be getting a promotion very shortly....

As a brief side note, riding into work this morning was awesome. There was hardly anyone else on the road. Zoom Zoom.

Man I love hot sauce too. One question, is that butter for your "exhaust pipe" after your through enjoying the sauce.

Merry Christmas to you and yours Lucky.

Lucky, I just want to say that no hot sauce for Wolfie makes the Baby Jesus cry. Or something equally bad.

Hey, you got a recipe for that?

I've been inspired by the thoughtful gift from a fellow biker of a book from a joint he used to live by. It's Syracuse/Rochester/NY, NY's honkytonk biker bar/eatery called Dinosaur BBQ. Time for me to warm the skillet to get some cooking done. I'd cook up a batch of that sauce of yours there if you care to divulge...

Heck, I'll even invite Wolfie over for dinner...

Oh, in case you're interested in the link,

The joint was started by a couple of bikers, and to boot, the first joint they set up in Syracuse is underneath and off the side of a bike dealership. Yep, blues, bikes, and barbeque all in one building.

Blues, Bikes AND BBQ? Wow. I'm surprised that so much awesome in one little space didn't create a black hole of ROCK!

But no, I'm not sharing my recipe, because I fly by the seat of my pants every time I make it. I know what it should taste like, and that's how I judge whether it's right or not. Acquire butter, red hot and tabasco, and you'll be well on your way to wingy bliss.
