Manners update...

I have decided to forgive this transgression, since the shop just called me and apologized for taking so long.

Now the long, long wait for my clutch cable begins...

If you lived in the great white north, the wait wouldn't hurt so much right now. At least they got back to you, it's more than most places do these days. Customer service doesn't seem like a high priority to a lot of Businesses anymore. It's good to hear some still care about it.
